Client Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for information or clarification in a timely manner.
• Pay for services in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
• Review and verify financial statements and other documents we prepare.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations related to your business and financial affairs.

Fees and Payment

Our fees for services will be outlined in the service agreement or quote provided to you. Unless otherwise stated:

• Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice.
• We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments.
• Fees may be reviewed and adjusted periodically with prior notice.
• Additional services not specified in the original service agreement may incur additional fees.

We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of your information. We will not disclose confidential information to any third party unless:

• The information becomes publicly available through no fault of ours.

• Disclosure is necessary for the provision of the agreed services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AccountPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any errors or omissions in the content of our website or in the services provided.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the six months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice in accordance with the notice period specified in the service agreement.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
